Toko Kaltim Jaya Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cashier Team Leader to oversee our retail checkout operations in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. You'll work closely with our point-of-sale (POS) system, such as Kasirku or Odoo, to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or cashier operations, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team and help us achieve our sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or cashier operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, such as Kasirku or Odoo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail inventory management and control.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
