📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of fleet activities.

Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
