📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Branch Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating all branch activities.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.

Support the recruitment and training of staff.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with HRIS and other office management software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.
