📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that employees are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the store.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with local retail market trends and competition.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
