📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers
- Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently and reliably
- Document all technical work and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing technical issues in electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with tools and software such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid certification in ITIL or other relevant technical certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
