In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration,Experience in managing a team and leading projects
