📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as Help Desk systems, remote access tools, and monitoring software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.
