📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized retail environment.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information and purchases.,Stock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.,Promote products and participate in sales events to drive revenue.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing support to the team.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
