In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their performance targets and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Provide regular reports to management on client performance and sales progress.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Manage and coordinate client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the required standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the sales or customer service industry.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
