📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English for children aged 3-6 years.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and curiosity.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Khan Academy Kids and Prodigy Math to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership in the child's education.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in school events and activities, including field trips and cultural celebrations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that respects and values diversity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with educational software and technology is a plus.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
