📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of patient care.

Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.

Supervise and mentor junior nurses to ensure they meet professional standards.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a similar setting.

Leadership and management experience in a healthcare environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Knowledge of hospital information systems and medical software.

Valid nursing license and certification.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
