📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe and timely delivery to their rooms
• Coordinate with front desk staff to manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Provide personalized service to guests, including recommendations for local attractions and amenities
• Monitor luggage carts and rooms to prevent loss or damage to guest belongings
• Assist with any special requests or emergencies that may arise during a guest's stay
• Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area
• Uphold The Zenith Hotel's high standards of professionalism and customer service
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Familiarity with luggage handling equipment and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects The Zenith Hotel's luxury brand
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
