Coinbase is seeking a talented and experienced Manager, GRC to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, ensuring that we maintain a robust and effective framework to manage risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

As a Manager, GRC, you will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including legal, finance, operations, and product teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the GRC program, including policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that GRC objectives are integrated into business strategies and operations.
  • Monitor and report on GRC performance, including key metrics and trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to the GRC team to ensure that they are equipped to effectively manage risks and ensure compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and regulatory changes, and proactively address them.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure that we meet all requirements and expectations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in GRC, with a proven track record in managing GRC programs.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, such as SOX, COSO, and NIST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in using GRC software and tools, such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ControlRisk.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
