Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations are aligned with company goals,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
