📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.,Analyze and report on project cost performance and variances.,Prepare and submit cost reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and control.,Proficiency in using cost management software and tools.,Good understanding of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
