📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and job market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
