Mandiri Power is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on energy solutions and products offered by Mandiri Power.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the energy or utility industry.,Strong understanding of the energy market and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
