Lead and manage high-impact M&A transactions from inception to completion,Conduct thorough due diligence and valuation analyses,Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities,Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders,Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A consulting or a related field,Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact M&A transactions,Strong analytical and financial modeling skills,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of Indonesian business environment and culture,Experience working in a multicultural team environment
