FLUX Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Outlet Staff to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate records are maintained.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.,Provide regular reports on sales performance and outlet operations to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
