Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience,Manage inventory levels and restocking to maintain optimal stock,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Assist in merchandise planning and display to maximize sales,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Train and mentor junior staff members,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service,Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to lift and carry heavy items,High school diploma or equivalent
