📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and tracking progress.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external recruiters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
