📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Write user manuals, API references, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Provide technical support to customers through documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
