📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive.
• Design and manage benefit packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with compensation software such as Workday, Paylocity, or ADP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
