You will work closely with our team of experts to analyze credit risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure that our operations are in full compliance with OJK and other regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage credit risk assessments for all customer segments, ensuring compliance with OJK and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the financial health of the company.
• Conduct regular risk reviews and provide recommendations for risk management improvements.
• Monitor and analyze credit risk data using tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of risk management practices across all business units.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices in credit risk management.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on credit risk assessment and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the banking or distribution sector.
• Professional certification in credit risk management, such as ACAMS, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of OJK regulations and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for risk analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
