As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting and interacting with potential merchants, presenting our products and services, and building strong relationships to secure new business opportunities. You will use our sales management system, CRM software, and other tools to track and manage your sales pipeline effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting sales canvassing and merchant acquisition activities in Bekasi and surrounding areas.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing merchants.
• Presenting our products and services effectively to secure new business opportunities.
• Using CRM software and sales management tools to track and manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Providing regular sales reports to the sales manager.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or distribution sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
