Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Quality Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans for our products.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and testing of our products.
  • Lead and mentor our quality assurance team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with our production and R&D teams to improve product quality and innovation.
  • Ensure that our quality management systems are effective and efficient.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of our quality assurance programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring quality assurance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with food manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
