📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor operational teams to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct thorough operational audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize business processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive.
• Report on operational performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership and consulting.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management discipline is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
