📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and facilitate leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of senior leaders.
• Develop and implement strategies for organizational change, focusing on cultural transformation and high-performance environments.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for change.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support the development of leadership capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of leadership development initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational change.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process, ensuring that leadership development initiatives align with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership development and organizational change.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing leadership development programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using leadership development tools and software, such as 360-degree feedback, assessment tools, and learning management systems.
• Certification in leadership development or organizational change is a plus.
